to share the enjoyment of living here by renting their properties to others
either on a seasonal basis or annually. While Kelly Greens does not
participate in the actual sell or rental of properties, the Executive Office
offers assistance to those seeking information and accommodations. Please
check our real estate section for current postings.
In order for the tenant/transferee to
enjoy all of the benefits of Kelly Greens amenities, such as golfing,
dining, the fitness center, Transfer of Membership documents must be
completed by the member/owner and tenant. For a quick and easy transfer, the
documents should be submitted to the Executive Office as far in advance as
possible prior to the actual transfer date.
Kelly Greens has the well-deserved
reputation of being a warm and welcoming resort community, and many of the
tenants are repeat visitors year after year after year.
